This term has been about just going all out, recruiting the dumbest and most white nationalist and occupying our own cities, and yes still going after immigrants, but also broadly ethnic people and people who dissent. This chart goes for “both sides bad” but ignores the only data relevant to why people are especially pissed about ICE now
