I’m repulsed by food until around noon. But by then I’m so busy and starving that I end up making poor meal choices and I’ve been gaining weight.
Ideal me would
somehow choke downhave at least a small, nutritious breakfast. Pack a nutritious lunch for work. Eat it around noon so I’m not starving by dinner time. And then eat a normal-sized dinner (rather than binge-eat anything within reach).I used to eat a fiber-packed granola bar, now I just have coffee with creamer. I don’t have an appetite in the morning, so I call it intermittent fasting or something lol
Coffee with cream and a piece of toast. It’s simple enough that I can commit to it and regularly achieve it, and I’m usually fine until lunch.
When I have some motivation, I’ll strain Greek yogurt overnight and use it like cream cheese on a bagel or piece of toast. It’s to try and get more protein than actual cream cheese (about 8-10g compared to 1.5-2).
But if I don’t get that done it’s usually a piece of buttered toast or a bagel with regular cream cheese.
