I’m repulsed by food until around noon. But by then I’m so busy and starving that I end up making poor meal choices and I’ve been gaining weight.
Ideal me would somehow choke down have at least a small, nutritious breakfast. Pack a nutritious lunch for work. Eat it around noon so I’m not starving by dinner time. And then eat a normal-sized dinner (rather than binge-eat anything within reach).
