What worked for me is doing a tolerance break of 3 weeks. Eventually it also helped me stop smoking(now I just vape oil).

But the point is that after the t break I remembered again what it feels like to be stoned and in amazing headspace, and from that point I only use it when I can totally commit to it.

Yeah the furthest I’ve managed to make it (intentionally and not by just being broke) was 1 week lol. It’s fucking hard raw dogging reality, that’s for sure.

But you’re absolutely right as well. When you smoke daily (and usually all day), it doesn’t even really affect you that much anymore after a while. It takes the edge off and makes life easier to deal with but doesn’t actually get you high anymore. And I’d love to reclaim that and turn it back into a special occasion with snacks and funny movies or whatever. Like the old days.

I hear you, you said it perfect. No doubt raw dogging is tough as tits, but keep in mind that the first week is way harder than the rest.

The thing is that while not getting you high, at the same time it makes stuff harder to deal with. I didn’t realize how tired it made me to smoke all day long. Had an afternoon nap daily. Now I don’t need it.

Plus, I get to use much better product since I use way less.

Most important, don’t be too hard on yourself. Took me a few tries as well. Just medidate on it for a while. i’m sending positive vibes and good thoughts your way, you got this 🤙

That is actually an excellent motivation to cut down lol. Thank you very much for the kind words and encouragement here. I’d like to do this. Preferably when I’m not broke and actually making the conscious effort to not do this.
