    Monkey paw situation for sure.

    We’ll get the shorter work week but keep the “hourly rate” so less pay for everyone! Except the owners of course… They own the ai so they’ll claim they’re entitled to all of the productivity gains…

      That’s the thought experiment I give to people when trying to explain the problem with capitalism. So if they make a robot tomorrow that can perform all human labor who benefits?
