There’s a scene where he’s accepting an award or something and all he can see and hear is the screams of the dying civilians his bombs killed. He got called a pussy by Truman because he felt that guilt. It didn’t go into extreme detail, but it 100% covered it… from the perspective of the person the movie was about.
