My phone upgraded and I can’t handle the interface change cos I HATE CHANGE. It’s bad for typical but really bad for me.

Anyone want to share theirs?

I had eliminated my periods which was amazing but I’m not allowed to continue that birth control for now and I had forgotten how much my periods sucked and how uncomfortable they were and my little brain is melting down over pads like I’m a teenager and it’s my first period again.

I bought period panties a while back and they’ve been more tolerable for me. I found the ones from Modibodi to be the most comfortable but also pretty expensive. Here, at least, the grocery stores usually sell other brands which are cheaper.

Unfortunately I bleed so heavily the panties never worked for me (and so many clots) but maybe they’ve improved over the years!

I use ones for heavy flow because mine can get very bad with a lot of clots, but mine are so all over the place that I actually haven’t had a heavy one since getting them to test them out. Sorry I don’t have more helpful information for you.
I have heard menstrual cups are really good, but I don’t have any personal experience with them.

Menstrual cups are right out, unfortunately. The depo shot was amazing and hopefully this breast cancer scare goes away and I can use depo again!
