Probably a version of the same thing I had on my C64, albeit I didn’t have to rely on a printout to see the results. Basically you had to clear each sector of the galaxy from Klingons (although not called Klingons because of Paramount’s iron grip). A sector was a grid of squares, you took turns with the Klingon ship in moving or firing stuff, etc. For the time it was fun.
I played the Atari version, which was actually properly licensed through Paramount. Great game, still fun (can be played via emulator). Coincidentally, I recently started an attempt at recreating it in Python, after decades of good intentions.

…i got a 5.25" floppy disk that i played it on my PCjr in 1985 along with some game called 3-Demon that was pac-man wolfenstein style…
I think I played that one, but I think it was ported to the Apple // by the time I played it.
