Still waiting for a game to turn me on. Still seeking a game that treats sex with grown up gloves on and still manages to make it hot. I am doing my best at a fem durge run (I always fall back to neutral choices, being mean is hard lol) atm and while the sex scenes are mature and well done, none of it is remotely hot imho. I think about the amount of boners film has given me, mountains of them - then I look over at the boner-free, dusty corner of gaming.

Though I do agree that the sex scenes in BG3 are mostly about characterisation than being hot.
If you want to be turned on by a game, then consider a game designed for the purpose that also has a decent story. Like Acting Lessons or Being a DIK (or many many more, some with decent story, most just horny).
Meh I have tried a bunch and they all suck imho - but also I am not referring to pornography as film that has given me boners (while it has,) I am referring to regular cinema. So by that logic, regular gaming that has undertones of sexuality, if done well, should be hot. But it’s not, for me.
The only non-porn game that I felt took sex and relationships seriously was Mass Effect.
