I just read Mark Kermode’s book about The Exorcist and really enjoyed it, finding new appreciation for the film. Any recommendations for books that have elevated a movie for you?

    I really liked As You Wish, by Cary Elwes (Princess bride) and If Chins could kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor by Bruce Campbell (Evil dead, burn notice) but I’m not sure if those qualify.
