A monster-management simulator that’ll have you questioning whether life is truly worth living or not (there is no way THAT is a Zayin-tier abnormality).

I’ve heard of it vaguely just because I played a bit of limbus company (and liked the characters more than the gameplay tbh). How’s lobotomy compared to limbus? Is the gameplay similar at all?
I had a friend try to get me into it (and Limbus Company). Limbus Company i gave a shot because it was free. It being a Gacha though i just couldn’t get into. Anything that tries to keep my attention with FOMO i never end up sticking with for too long.
Lobotomy looked interesting though, i did pick it up on sale but have yet to touch it. I don’t know much about it though.
Great game and great universe and story that expands itself into Library of Ruina and Limbus Company.
I also loved designing my employees for each department, like having the disciplinary department full of red haired people that are very edgy or battle ready as it fits the theme of disciplinary people that lived through plenty of battles, or Extraction team with only one captain, and all the rest are sacrificial fodders used to manage some ALEPH.
I did cheat towards the end as it was getting very hard, but, very fun story and experience and going to Ruina afterwards and seeing all my employees take the stage once again alongside their managers was great.

Got more time in library of runia but not much. It’s a shame because the world of the games really draws me in.
I love project moon! The setting of The City is so cool! I spent way more time in Limbus than Lob Corp or Ruina, because both of those are way too hard for me XD

I love love LOVE the way they’ve built up thr city over each game (altho I admittedly haven’t played ruina yet)… I totally get u w spending more time in limbus, rverytimr I have to memory repo or straight up reset my run bc of a bad abnormality in l corp an angel dies… They should rename it to “micro-management simulator” cuz thats how it feels like sometimes😭😭😭😭

I had it on my wishlist since 09.04.2018, according to Steam. Never found a deal that made me want to buy it.
Ooooof, iirc it’s like £20 here and I got it for £7… it’s expensive, but the price is defo justified imo

I have played through it, with the True Ending (without the extra scenes one). Jeez it was absolutely BRUTAL. Truly this was the hardest game for me, period, due to it’s relentless punishing and testing the human determination to push through adversity even if it seems impossible.
Oof, I’ve yet to get the true ending but I’m DEFINITELY not looking forward to it… I want to act like censored doesn’t exist!! 😭😭😭
I recommend getting some good gear which has a high white resistance (I think that’s what you need for Censored?) and you can sorta easily get a high white resistance gear from Blue Star. That’s also an ALEPH, but imo it’s easier to work with that compared to Censored, but if he escapes you’re equally fucked as with Censored.
I loved the game but day 48-50 were impossible for me. The game has a memory leak. If you don’t do it fast enough, the game will crawl until it dies.
Omg ye, the memory leak… I haven’t gotten to 48-50 yet (but I’m getting closer little by little!) And I’m kinda scared ab getting rhe leak too… there has to be a fanmade patch that fixes it, right ?
Can’t remember. I just modded the game to give my agents Max stats to brute force the ending (dont know why I did, it wasn’t satisfying at all).

I did also try Limbus Company for a bit, that seems to continue the same story to some extent (shared world and some returning characters I think). It’s weird ass gacha game though and while it was cool I ended up losing interest after a while.
Lob corp’s trumpet osts r so simple yet so catchy… esp for 2nd trumpet, it rlly gives u the burst of energy and determination u need to fix the mess u caused…
I do love limbus tho and will always bring it up in barely-related conversations but yeah, it ain’t for anyone… it is a continuation of l corp, although it occurs after the events of lor/library of ruina. The story’s only been getting better, but waiting for each canto is such a drag… (canto8 released in may and canto 9’s target release date is December…)
