1D and 2D are just mathematical abstractions. Everything is just 3D and that’s it. There is no time, just space with a state.

Personally, and take this with a grain of salt, I feel like you’re overthinking it. Everything at some level is just an abstraction of something else. So what. Dimensional exist whether you acknowledge them or not. 🤷♂️
