They also are on the cusp of losing the country to their far right back by Russia and now the US that will try to fix elections so they never leave power. That is not working, that is failing. Not really. Maybe a marginal amount of them hiding in the shadows, but they’ve only become emboldened recently. Germany thrived for decades while having laws against flying flags with swastikas on them.

You seriously think allowing the American politicians, our current Administration at that, decree what is hate speech and disallowed? You can’t be serious. You think it would lead to better outcomes allowing the US president and his appointees to dishonor the First Amendment and decree what is hate speech?
