I have learned nothing and will do this again. Also it the sense of accomplishment was so fleeting there was no sense of reward.

I’ve really found that one helps me out a lot for some things like household tasks, like “ok just put the random dirty sock I just walked past into the hamper”. But not if I’m putting it off because of anxiety
