Lol, I type the words the way I imagine my self spreaking it in my head, so I always use the filler words and silences like “um” and “…”, comma is a short pause, a “…” is a slightly longer pause. “so” always automatically has a pause after it, but sometines I also add “…” to indicate a longer pause like: “so… what did you do this weekend”
