Behold, Approximate True Colour Neptune
Actually not that blue, compared to Earth.
Marble? More like a yoga ball.
Neptune looks much less blue in real color when compared to the Voyager photos we’re used to. In real color, Earth looks like a much deeper blue, while Neptune looks like a pale, foggy, light blue.
Shame. Pale blue marble doesn’t roll off the tongue.
