It’s too cold in the house for my bread (66F/19C). Now I’m experimenting with a cardboard box, heating pad and cooling rack as a proofing box.

    I feel that, going back to work in a social environment blows, but of course the one time I’ve worked remote was by far the most stressful job I’ve ever had (t-mobile call center). Also 66 isn’t as bad as the 28f we woke up to here!

      Inside!? Omg that would not work for me. Lol I used to work Customer service for T-Mobile in one of their call centers. Not sure how I was able to handle that.

        Saaame! They put us in retention right out of training too! And no not quite that cold inside lol. But going from mid sixties to freezing is just a classic Midwest tradition y’know?
