Going to a law library and asking a librarian should help you get information. They get asked oddball questions often so no judgement.

I play games (resource intensive and on max settings) on a 7800 and they all run just fine with Linux Mint.

Taxing every billionaire and corporation 90% would give every American 400,000 dollars a year…
Just saying
Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy!

Very nice! Gonna be making some pasta for dinner tonight
Which game is it?

It’s a long journey tbh. It helped for me to make a list of websites I used on a daily basis and just try to eliminate using one every month or so.
I still struggle with Youtube but using Freetube has really helped me not binge or watch too often but the app isn’t working rn :/

This is very wrong…
Nations like immigrants because they provide cheap labor and work hard while paying taxes into social welfare programs that citizens take advantage of. I think you are making a mistake that immigrants automatically become citizens in the country they come to, because they do not. It takes a long time to gain citizenship (and therefore access to social welfare) once you actually come to a new country.
This video is fun and explains the process: https://youtu.be/tXqnRMU1fTs

I’ve been playing the Tony Hawk remastered to be fun as an alternative.

Octopath Traveler! Very fun and I love the art style so far

Thanks for this! My friend has one and he says it’s great as well.
I use Musicbee and just followed a forum tutorial to install it on linux

There is software for all your uses on linux, but I would start by using those apps on your current setup to get used to the workflow.
Changing from windows to linux can be really tough but it can be made a lot easier if you are already using programs that work on linux before you switch.
iirc one of the biggest differences between Ubuntu and Linux Mint is the store that each distro uses.
This link describes it better than I ever could: https://linuxmint-user-guide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/snap.html
TLDR: There were backdoors and weird behind-the-curtains stuff going on with Ubuntu’s store, so it was axed by the Mint team.

I have always used bottles for this and never had any problems.

Looks solid!

Was helping a friend install Windows on his new PC this week and my god it was such an awful experience. Just looking at the start menu had me in tears.

What does BDS stand for?

Check if it’s available at a library?
Linux makes computer stuff fun for me
