I’ve noticed this too, there’s no consistency. Some companies seem to get away with two prices, others not.
Rich people should be fined a higher percentage because they can afford it. A $10 million dollar fine for someone with $100 million doesn’t hit as hard as someone with a million getting fined $100k.

Well, Foobar is ancient software and barely has any developers. It’s intended to be a WinAmp clone. I’m sure there’s an equivalent piece of Linux software that does something similar.
I use Foobar and Plexamp to listen to my FLAC collection. I have a lot of magazine CD inserts not readily available on the streaming platforms. Just feels really good knowing companies like Spotify aren’t making a dime off me.

He always showed flashes of arrogance and I had heard working for any of his companies even back in the ”good days” was hell. It’s when he started exhibiting all this stuff publicly in the late 2010s that people understandably started turning on him.

If it wasn’t for even more autocratic nations filling the power void (China…Russia) the degradation of America’s importance would be a great thing. But unfortunately I think the rest of the world is unprepared to defend themselves with America’s sudden retreat into itself.

It’s better to have a few self driving cars that are safer than everyone owning their own car. It’s like getting gas guzzling vehicles off the road: better to replace a humvee with a sedan than a sedan with an electric.
When I said manual controls, I just meant knobs and buttons instead of a touchscreen. Definitely not looking for a stick shift lol.
