I am a native English speaker but live in Denmark and so many people here are so proficient in English. It’s super impressive to me!

It’s why I don’t have one yet but Metroid and Kirby coming out soon have me thinking. Like should i just get them on switch 1? Or if I’m gonna eventually buy a 2 just do it for these new games?
If you look up cooking or baking recipes and get American ones you’ll see oz a lot, I have found

Not sure where you’re located, but if you’re in the EU you can consider Fairphone for an extremely repairable phone instead. The 6 doesn’t have the specs of proper flagships, but it’s quite a step in the ethical direction in my opinion.
Super super cool. I don’t have a need for this since I have a nice modded 3ds lite, but the youtube on one screen and gaming on the other is absolutely sick. The screen size and color depth looks great too.
Does it have an SD card slot? I didn’t see it on their site but I assume so.

Yeah, having been in a surprise proper emergency (no power, water, limited roads, cell service, etc for over a week) having some emergency supplies and a radio (if you have a car, AM/FM radio in that is great) completely changes things

Yeah, I actually frequented a sim center when I lived in the US. They ran Rfactor2 but it got me doing some iRacing too. It was great fun! I can’t believe how real a lot of it felt. Honestly except for elevation not translating well it was an insane practice tool
Yeah, only IRL for a bike. If they made a really legit sim rig I’d probably have to seriously consider it!

Ah cool! After i raced irl for like a decade I sim raced for a while. It was super fun! I’d like to get back into it someday. It’s a lot better on the wallet and body than IRL stuff (especially motorcycles).
I think it helps, but it probably is more of a selling point and aesthetic than an actual help on the (agreed) biggest selling point number.
It’s one of those decisions that someone up top probably made and has these kinds of stupid consequences of moving fast and breaking shit. I wouldn’t be upset if it had to go to a normal one

Source on that? Hobbiest aerodynamics nerd and big into F1 (and did a lot of liquid system design engineering in a previous job). Genuinely curious!
My gut feel is that a half kilo of unsprung weight (those ridiculous wheels), tighter fenders, or a bit of tail teardropping would go so much further than anything door-handle-wise. It’s certainly helping promote flow attachment, but you’ve got poor flow rates there because of the wing mirrors anyway

Yup! I think it’s definitely a play on love (愛, pronounced あい/ai)
Love it! Maybe I’ll try my hand at the same kind of view

I’ve had a lot of trouble getting started with this. I have 4 figures of hours into Factorio, I LOVE 2D side scrollers. Any advice? Maybe it’s like starting build problems or something
Nope. Motherboard SPDIF to (“dumb”) speakers. Can’t get the mobo SPDIF out to work in Mint.
I’m certain if I sink enough hours in I can figure something out but like 6 hours into troubleshooting this I decided I didn’t have the bandwidth to take 100% of my fun time away to do what feels like my job to me.
Man i wish Mint worked out of the box as well as virtually everyone on here says it does.
I am a former software engineer, and don’t want my home PC to be a hobby. I’m like 6 hours into trying to make my (simple) audio setup work on Mint Cinnamon and it’s intermittent at best. Never have even thought about it on Windows.
It is plug and play compared to Linux of old, it’s clearly come a long way. But it’s nowhere near as easy as Windows still, for anyone who isn’t trying to make this a hobby

Wow this looks cool. Wish listing it now!

Dude I’m so excited for you right now. It was such an amazing day when I found all of this the first time.
First of all MP1/2 and Dread have a multi world randomizer called Metroid Prime Randomizer. There’s a discord, it’s a cool community.
But more importantly there’s something called Archipelago.gg, which is a multi world randomizer across MANY games. The few dozen on their site and maybe 120 other ones, of course including MP1 (and 2 is in alpha I think). My friends and I do a big one a few times a year and some smaller ones throughout. I really like it. It’s so funny and confusing to think “my grappling beam is stuck in Pokemon but he needs surf which is past some Stardew checks but she doesn’t have Summer yet which I think is in hollow Knight …”
The list of non website games is on the discord server and there’s MANY more. Highly recommend looking there

Totally agree. Looks pretty awesome actually. Give me a Mario Golf next!
Yeah, but I’m with the OP here. It should cost significantly more tax wise than it does to disincentivize it
