the promise i see comes from things that are actually in the game. Though it still needs more to be worthwhile, so i’m not risking my money yet. They just need to add more fun things to do and fix the problems with what they already have and it would already be kind of ok, provided they keep adding stuff.

well, they are still slowly actually adding more stuff to the game. I dont think they intend to scam anyone since they occasionally allow people to play the game for free and without that i would have been inclined to buy it many times now to see what kind of game it is (and would have felt scammed). Now i just keep waiting for them to add enough stuff for the game to be worth getting, but after hearing they might add somekind of p2w shop crap i think i might just forget about the whole thing if it really bad.

Its too bad if the game collapses at some point since it really has promise. I resent them for first fucking around with the money they were given and making it all seem like a scam even when there is potential for it to not be.

there is a lesson in this, never trust corporations or you will get ruined by them eventually. Either we learn to get by without them or just silently go into the night.

we should start pushing opposite law in same way, something which would need to be repealed first to try push the chat control law again.

eu is trying to turn into surveillance state too. There is some group that is CONSTANTLY pushing this chat control law, that would make encryption illegal, if i have understood it correctly. They have been held back for now, but they can just keep trying until they succeed.

its so stupid how the companies seem just incapable of doing reasonable things. Either they hung on to old stuff even if it causes more problems or they jump on to some new hype thing. World would be better place if people with no long-term planning capability couldnt get any real influence over anything.

bad reviews are how i evaluate the quality of stuff. Positive reviews cant be trusted most of the time but bad reviews might be more trustworthy. Any company that does this gives clear message that whatever they are selling is scam level quality.

they dont want to make anyones lives better except their own. Pieces of shit like those have been bitter about any improvement to womens rights because they had it good being able to abuse women and want it back. Also minorities are good scapegoat for any problems they cause, so their rights have to go too or the whole thing collapses eventually as people might catch on who is really to blame.

again this does not apply to what i was saying, loving someone doesnt cost you. Frankly i cant tell how you are interpreting me, so i dont know how to clarify what i mean.

with mtg cards, they drain your money so that kind of works too. But rescuing animals or learning something doesnt apply here because it doesnt take anything from you (unless you are kind of insane). Or rather they dont cost too much in terms of invaluable resources like your mental or physical health, just your time which you have to give to everything anyway. Stuff like drugs diminish you being able to enjoy other things and drain your health and relationships. Even if you keep those under control, it still takes something from you, just a bit less.

Though anything can become an addiction too, but if positive things become that then you might have other underlying issues rather than those things themselves causing it.
