Pretty much what the title says. Also, how long does it usually last for when it happens?

On perfect days – 8am and 2 cups of coffee until I first eat,~12pm. I can maybe get another 1-2 hour spurt after lunch, but after 3pm I’m usually in zombie mode.

Same but on random nights I get crazy creative energy between midnight and 2am. Those always make the next day hard

I’m similar. Usually 9-12430 and then maybe an hour later.

I can tell when something is going to make me hyperfocus on it. So if I have the time to do it I’ll indulge. Usually it’s until the end of the day.

If it’s at work that’s until 6-7pm when my internal clock says go home. If it’s at home it’s until I’m about to pass out. Usually at least an hour. Typically 2-3 depending on how interested I am. But sometimes longer…. Much longer.

Lasts one to four hours, I guess? Kind of hard to tell if it’s hyperfocus or time blindness for durations under two hours.

At work, one or two times a week, though the distinction between hyperfocus and flow state is a bit squiffy there. At home, maybe three to five times a week, usually while playing videogames but sometimes while doing yardwork.

It depends on how interested I am or can successfully convince myself to be in any given thing (if that makes sense). If it happens when working on a computer, I always feel like shit once it stops for some reason; almost completely worn-out. The hyperfocus can last for anywhere from 45 minutes to 10 hours, depending on how long I can go without an abrupt distraction/intervention. It’s a blessed curse or a cursed blessing.

Multiple times a day for me. Sometimes just a few minutes on small simple things, other times it’s hours playing a game or watching TV.
