If you’ve ever heard of Metamucil, that’s just psyllium husk in a powder form and it’s not just for old people. Adding some of this to your daily routine has a ton of benefits. I tried to write a few sentences explaining the benefits but they all turn out like shit.


Chia seeds are actually the goat in peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You don’t even taste them or feel them if you’re eating a sandwich with crunchy peanut butter or whole wheat bread. So you can load it up with tons and tons of chia.
Hmm, sounds great! Then it should work with hazelnut spread also. I’m still partial to Nutella > PBJ. But any fiber is good fiber! :)
