I fucking love the movies even as a massive nerd for the books but there is no way I could be at the theater for that long

If you are going to watch the theatrical cut, watch it with a live orchestra.
That’s a ridiculous tour schedule. It looks like they tried to make it as exhausting as possible.
Yeah but after you watch the extended cut the theatrical version is kinda lacking…
They’re playing the extended versions of the films.
Just checked my local theater and both screenings on Friday are damn near sold out. I don’t usually see that level of tickets sold for the smaller theaters, usually just the opening ones for the big releases in the IMAX screen.
