Sounds like its working well, and you’re already doing the smart thing taking 1/2 a gummy at a time.
Whole bunch of people will eat an edible, nothing happens in 15 minutes, eat another, still nothing, eat another… and then in about 45 min or an hour… get hit with the massive dose… because they don’t realize that edibles take longer to metabolize and the effects to kick in.

I am just used to defaulting to the ‘abundance of caution’ approach because I am so used to trying to explain this kind of stuff to either impulsive morons, or people who have literally never been high before, and some of them will very much not this and freak out.
