It’s not illegal, so I think ICE terrorists are getting what they want if people are afraid to exercise their constitutional rights.

Here’s another thought: no, it’s not illegal and any enforcement against it would give you a wonderful excuse for a cut and dry lawsuit
They can just deport you before the court date if they feel like it
Woulfn’ they be able to arrest people using it under the pretext of law inforcement obstruction?
Don’t some states have pretty restrictive laws about that?
