Saying “everyone is the problem actually” is not enlightened, it’s just an easy answer. There is so much history and context that is missing from that position. It’s nearly the same energy as saying that Ukraine has equal or near equal guilt in the war it is currently a part of despite the fact that it was minding its own business before it was invaded for “reasons”.
Minorities have spent so goddamn long being told they can’t have a damn thing in the US and every single thing they do have has come with a fight.
