I think I eat like 250 grams of onion daily, in anything really. These went into a salad, finely sliced. Long live onions!
I buy them by the ten-pound bag!
Pickled, sauteed, caramelized,
Grated, diced, half-moon sliced,
Fired, quartered and thrown into the pot,
I love onions quite a lot.There are lots of us!
