Nope. There was a general invitation to visit the studio and alpha test their game.
Compensation was in LEGO sets.
When you went the first time, and you gave valuable feedback, they’d personally email you for subsequent visits. So it was for nearly a whole year.
This was about 2 or 3 years ago.
