Welcome, enjoy!
I recently made the switch from Windows to Linux on my gaming desktop and it’s been a nearly flawless transition. I’ve been running Pop_OS without problems. If you have an AMD video card you might want to check Bazzite for a gaming oriented Linux distro. Any distro should allow you to use a different desktop, so which GUI to use is up to you. KDE Plasma has a lot of skins to choose from and is a pretty easy transition from Windows. You don’t even have to stick with a single desktop environment. I currently choose between the default Pop_OS or Plasma depending on my mood or use case.

50501 was the first time there have been simultaneous protests in every state capital in the US, ever. There were more than 100 people on the capital steps in my backwater state of Missouri.
Could we do better? Hell yes, but to say we’re not doing anything is disingenuous when major media outlets are owned by opponents of the protests and therefore under-reporting, obfuscating, omitting or lying about protests happening.
I’m looking into alternatives. So far Kodi is the front runner for my use. I have not decided on whether to replace roku units with raspberri pi running kodi or try the jailbreaking roku route.

I know.
Was joking that their “hard time spelling that word tbh” was the word “too” misspelled “tbh”.
tbh
It’s spelled “too”.
Great game! I had a lot of fun with it. Was it early access at some point? I seem to remember it not being complete when I played it. Or maybe I was left wanting more? Guess I’ll reinstall and find out. Thanks for the reminder!
oh, it’s garlicky
Check out Cosmic? The default layout sounds exactly like what you want.
Noted. Reinstalling with the deb from steam worked the trick. Adding the drive as another library was the same as it ever was. Alexandria is back online. Thank you for the help and advice.
I was, used the built in pop shop to remove the flatpak install.
I reinstalled via deb from command line and it’s all working.
Thank you for the advice on flatseal, I’ll look into that.
Command line makes this rockin’ world go round.
Coworker shared this with me. Keeping it going.
