If the “good” billionaires start giving all their money away to charity, only the evil billionaires would be left with money, and therefore, power.
It would be trivial to use the judicial system to sue someone out of existence.
Good billionaires would be buying out politicians to bribe them to pass laws that are beneficial to society and buying out companies to pay their workers more and be less damaging to the environment.
But…they don’t because that’s a fantasy like the idea that a person with super powers would act like Superman as opposed to becoming a tyrant like Homelander.
It’s very difficult for a good billionaire to exist in the first place. Like, maybe they inherited the money, but somehow weren’t raised as a selfish piece of shit. But even then, a good person could only be a billionaire for a very short amount of time. They don’t need the money, so a good person would find a way to use it to help others.
Basically, a person who accumulates a billion dollars is a person who has already had many chances to help others, or try to improve the government or whatever, and repeatedly passed up the opportunity. So, they can’t really be good people, and so a good billionaire really can’t exist, or can’t exist for long.

So Taylor Swift remaining a billionaire is somehow a positive thing for humanity? She’s the only thing standing between us and the evil billionaires?
She might be further down the list, but she’s still on it. You cannot accumulate billions and be a good person full stop.
Thank jeebus for t swizzle
SHE’S THE ONLY THING HOLDING BACK ELON MUSK

That’s bullshit, no billionaire will give his/her money for free, the governments should make them illegal, capping their wealth at 999 millions.
999 million is still enough money to buy politicians. That number needs to be way lower.
Agreed, it would be an acceptable starting point btw
As any programmer or redneck engineer will tell you, any temporary solution will become a permenant solution.
If we’re going to do this, we need to do it right from the beginning.
Strongly progressive wealth tax. Fully funded IRS. Heavy fines for tax evasion.
Every billionaire wants more billions and does whatever it takes to get them. That’s why there are no good billionaires.
