I haven’t played a Pokemon game since Sword and Shield, but it looks like they’re doing some interesting new stuff here and shaking up the battle system. I’m quietly optimistic!
I suppose being in those training areas is granting permission to be attacked. I already have a feeling that these “night tournaments” which seem like a beautiful opportunity for Pokémon players to interact in the Z-A world will be versus AI only.
