Does this run well? It looks impressive to the point I’m not sure if this is real gameplay but then again Nintendo requires real footage on their channel AFAIK.

It runs well, the gameplay on the trailer is real. It has some frame drops in specific situations, but like any other Switch game. Nothing game breaking. And the action and surfing around the world is fast.

I played through the main story with a review code, and it’s pretty good. It doesn’t hide its inspiration from The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but it adds the hoverboard stuff and other features and puzzle mechanics which are interesting!

How long is the main story? And how much would you miss out if you only play the main story?

      Also, how’s the performance?

I finished it in just under 20 hours. I was trying to get to the ending to be able to write the review before the embargo lifted. And I didn’t know how long it was. So I’d say it was a bit more rushed than I’d usually play. You need to do a few quests to level up your board and character, but you don’t miss out too much if you only play the main story.

The performance is fine, there are issues in specific parts with a lot of objects, but nothing too big.
