      Right? I don’t understand why it’s considered bad to start and abandoned hobbies that didn’t work for us. Hobbies are supposed to be pointless activities we do for our own enjoyment.

      I like learning new things. I like learning the bases of stuff, while refining it to a long term hobby happens rarely. I see nothing wrong with it! (And I’m likely NT)

      I also like having a variety of topics to approach people with. Gives a lot of conversation options.

        I focus on hobbies where I can make things, like woodworking, welding, 3d printing, etc. That way they all tie together, keeping things fresher, and get me some practical skills.
