I do weigh when i bake - usually have to look up european recipes too because local ones hardly ever include weights, although that’s slowly getting better. I don’t bake much though because i’m very very lazy and if my baked goods looked that nice i would also get very very fat.

Hopefully you use a kitchen scale for baking because it’ll make the recipe better.
