Ummm, what kinda wacky thermostat do you have? My colder AC is with turning the temp down.
If someone says, “Turn the AC up.” you know they want it colder but you actually turn it down.
Turn the heat up and turn the AC up means fundamentally different things though.
Hence the post! Everyone will still understand your intent and take the appropriate action.
Sometimes it’s the HV, sometimes it’s the AC
