It’s probably “eat now or at best within an hour”. Helps if doused with lemon or something.
The rice paper can get a little soggy and the noodles turn kind of hard/chewy like refrigerated rice. Still edible but definitely much better at room temperature and eaten within a few hours.
Already vegan, but still want to try these.

- red cabbage and rose petales and some undefinied greens
- carot and fava beans
- fig and papaya(?)
- is it avocado and black sesame?
- idk but it’s pretty
- kiwi and papaya
- are those tomato slides?
- there seem to be some grains in it
- strawberry and pumkin seed
- red oignon and cherry tomato
